Connecting Families, Schools, and the Community!

Currently we're looking for additional volunteers for the Turning Point Academy and Drop-in-Center
at the Brooklyn Center High School. The volunteer times will be weekday afternoons,
1:00 PM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday (Summer schedule 6-23 thru 8-15).

This TPF program provides opportunities for troubled and at-risk young people, in a safe and fun environment.
The center will provide life coaches, mentors, local adventures, social activities, games,
dancing, music, outreach and much more. Photo identification will be required.
 

 The Youth Drop-in Center will be staffed by volunteers from approximately 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday, or as staffing allows. A youth outreach
team member will also be available to assist young people in decision-making skills
and to serve as a role model. The Drop in Center will also bring in business people and
community officials to serve as mentors.
