David worked with Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing (3M) for eighteen years.  David received his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. David is the founder and President of Diagnostic Management Consulting, Inc., a member of 5 Oaks Church in Woodbury, Minnesota and has been active with Hosanna Lutheran Church in Lakeville, Minnesota as a small group leader in the Alpha course.

John has been a Financial Manager for eighteen years, working for Lawson Software in St. Paul. John and his family are members of the Lord of Life Church in Maple Grove. John has been involved in teaching Sunday school for three years and coaching youth sports for five years.

Clark Messenbrink - Director
 Clark has been a Police Officer for twenty-seven years, working for the City of Brooklyn Center and an active volunteer in elementary schools for sixteen years. Clark has been a head basketball coach for twelve years with the B.P.A.A. (Brooklyn Park Athletic Association), girls basketball program, and former B.P.A.A. board member, former assistant coach with girls softball, former church council member and mission trip adult supervisor with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Currently Clark is a member of Word of Peace Lutheran Church. Clark has been involved in the D.A.R.E. program for thirteen years with the Brooklyn Center Police Department.

Kathleen May - Director
Katie spent nine years on active duty in the military before returning home to the U.S. to care for her grandmother-in-law and eventually becoming a licensed healthcare facility Administrator. Katie and her husband have raised four children whom they adopted out of high risk environments. Katie worked for a Hennepin County Prosecutor’s Office as a Criminal Paralegal before going to work at the Brooklyn Center Police Department. Katie belongs to Holy Family Catholic church where she has volunteered her Friday afternoons for the last five years and is in her third year of Theology studies at the College of St. Catherine.
