David worked with Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing (3M) for eighteen years.  David received his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. David is the founder and President of Diagnostic Management Consulting, Inc., a member of 5 Oaks Church in Woodbury, Minnesota and has been active with Hosanna Lutheran Church in Lakeville, Minnesota as a small group leader in the Alpha course.

John has been a Financial Manager for twenty years, working for Lawson Software in St. Paul. John and his family are members of the Lord of Life Church in Maple Grove. John has been involved in teaching Sunday school for five years and coaching youth sports for several years.

Clark Messenbrink - Director
 Clark worked as a Brooklyn Center Police Officer for twenty-nine years. Clark is currently working at the Earle Brown Elementary school in Brooklyn Center. Prior to Clark's current position, Clark had volunteered in various elementary schools for sixteen years. Clark has participated in the following: Coached basketball for twelve years with the B.P.A.A. (Brooklyn Park Athletic Association), has served as a former B.P.A.A. board member, a former assistant coach with girls softball, former church council member, and a mission trip adult supervisor with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Currently Clark is a member of Word of Peace Lutheran Church. In addition, Clark has been involved in the D.A.R.E. program for thirteen years with the Brooklyn Center Police Department.
